Anyway I also search in google what would happen with DLCs after removing a base game license and I found some other posts when people mentioned that removing a base game don't remove any DLC, achievements (with for this game in my case is irrelevant because I have none yet) and cloud saves (the same). I saw the button to deativate the license myself in the support page, in that same page there was additional buttons for every kickstarter DLC so it was clear that removing the base game and DLCs are treated like separate licenses so Kickstarter DLCs won't be loose. When you say you checked Steam support, did you use the button to deactivate the license yourself or did you raise a support request? It sounds like the former but I'm just making sure here.
