Yes, there were random synthesis questions where NBME does a shitty job at asking about simple ion diffusion in the most complicated way with charts, acronyms and pictures of people's moms, but I marked those and when I went back I realized it was a lot easier than they try to make it out to be and my nerves were fogging my brain. If I could do it over again, I would do UWorld once or 75%, leave it alone and dedicate the rest of my time to the NBME exams (even old) and memorizing First Aid.
